What happens after I reach out?
You'll talk to the division that does the work — not a call center. Garage-door requests get a flat-rate quote and, most weekdays, a same-day slot. Exterior requests are photo-quoted from a picture you send, usually back the same afternoon and scheduled within the week.
What should I have ready before you call?
Your address, which trade you need (garage door or exterior), and a quick description or photo of what you're seeing. For exterior work, a single clear photo of the surface is enough to quote from.
